What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Standard shipping typically takes between 7-14 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, GooglePay and Shop Pay.
What is your return policy?
If the delivered product is different from the product you ordered, or the product is broken, we will exchange the product. Please contact us within 8 days of the arrival of product.
This website will bear the postage when we deliver the product for exchange.
When the applicable products are out of stock, you may have to wait until we obtain new stock. We appreciate your understanding.
However, breakage or loss by customers is excluded from the above.
Also, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accept returns that do not correspond to the above.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from Japan.
Which shipping company is used?
In general ECMS is used, but we may opt for a different service when we believe it is suitable.
How can I check the delivery status of my order?
Tracking information will be provided in the delivery email. If you click on the link, it will take you to the shipping company's page. The tracking information will be available 24 hours after you receive the delivery email.
